My coaching is for (young) adults with ADHD and/or high sensitivity who feel stuck. It is for anyone who is ready to stop seeing their unique brain as a burden and start embracing it as their greatest strength.

Absolutely not. We focus on your personal experience, challenges, and strengths, not on labels. If you recognize yourself in the traits of ADHD and feel that you are seeking guidance in this, then you are more than welcome.

Unfortunately, the coaching sessions are not reimbursed by health insurance. However, some companies do have a budget for the personal development of their employees. It may be worthwhile to inquire about this with your employer.

Both are possible. You’re welcome for sessions in Ghent, but coaching works just as well online — handy if you live further away or have a busy schedule. That way you can work with me from anywhere in Flanders, in a way that suits you.

Therapy often helps you understand ‘why’ you are who you are, by looking into your past. Coaching focuses on ‘how’ to get where you want to be. We start from the present and build your future with practical steps. We determine what works for you.

Every coaching program is unique, just like you! On average, we see the best results with a 3 to 6-month program, with sessions every two weeks. During our introductory meeting, we can make an estimate that suits your goals.

Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential between us. A safe and confidential environment is the absolute foundation for a successful coaching program. Your privacy is my priority.

A 60-minute individual session costs €90. Within a coaching programme, you pay €80 per session. The introductory call of around 30 minutes is free and without obligation, so you can sense whether it clicks before deciding anything.
