My chaos, my strength.

It’s nice to have you here!

This sentence is more than a motto; it is the core of my story. It is the journey from an overly ‘busy’ mind to embracing a creative and unique brain. Here you will discover my story and the mission of VlinderMind: helping you find that same strength..
I am Els

Certified AD[H]D and NLP Coach.

I am Els. Because I also have AD[H]D myself, I truly understand what it means to go through life with this cocktail of traits – both the difficult moments and the fantastic sides of it. But my most important school of learning? That is my family.

As a mother of three highly sensitive, gifted sons with AD[H]D, I understand the unique challenges and the hidden superpowers of this life.
This dual experience forms the foundation of VlinderMind. Combined with my certifications as an AD[H]D and NLP coach, I help you to stop fighting and start writing your unique manual.

My vision

My coaching focuses on freedom and authenticity.

My coaching revolves around freedom and authenticity. Being able to simply be who you are, without a mask or filter, and no hassle with boxes and labels! We focus on finding the courage in you to be completely yourself and in balance, with all your unique aspects. We work together, because connection makes the journey so much easier than doing it alone.

My mission

The Power of Understanding

My mission is clear: Everyone must understand what the AD[H]D brain truly entails, so that AD[H]D, giftedness, high sensitivity, and related traits are better seen and understood – from the classroom to the workplace.
I help people with an AD[H]D brain stop the struggle and see their true potential. You are not a ‘problem’ that needs to be fixed, but a creative and wonderful person with superpowers waiting to be deployed.
My approach goes beyond general tips & tricks; we search for what works for you! Where attention goes, energy flows.

We are in this together!

Together, we’ll find ways for you to flourish, exactly as you are. Because seriously, why try to fit in when you can simply be yourself?
